This group will facilitate peer-to-peer support and information exchange between non specialist heart failure members, guided by a team of consultants cardiologists, consultants and pharmacists with a special interest in heart failure, heart failure nurse specialists and other heart failure champions directly involved in the care of people living with heart failure.
Please introduce yourself with your full name, locality you work in (do not share specific details), your role and experience in supporting people living with heart failure.
Members will be able to use the search function to find your full details.

- Anonymous posts will be deleted.
All members will only be able to post messages if they have a screen name by which they can be identified
- This group must not be used for debate, petitions or lobbying.
- General questions, only. You must not ask patient specific questions.
- Patient identifiable information, patient specific information and organisation’s names must not be shared.
- Inappropriate posts will be deleted and members posting inappropriate content will be removed from the group.
