Stop 7 Clinical Management
At this stop we share four short videos which focus on different aspects of the clinical management of heart failure and an extended video showing a heart failure review in general practice.
Target audience
These videos provide useful information on the clinical management of heart failure.
As it is mainly clinical staff, including prescribers who will provide the clinical management of people living with heart failure, some terms used in this video are more clinical. However, learning the terminology and the context within the heart failure journey that terminology is used, will be helpful for the whole multidisciplinary team.
